Cooperative Laundry is Southwest Texas’ newest Industrial Laundry, located 20 mins south of Austin in San Marcos, TX. We recently opened our 85, 000 Sq. Ft. facility with state-of-the-art equipment and are servicing hotels in the Austin, San Antonio, and Houston markets. We provide laundry services exclusively to the hotel industry and we are the largest hospitality focused laundry operator in the State of Texas. We only use the finest and most advanced commercial laundry equipment, primarily manufactured in Germany. We are a full-service provider, meaning we offer: 24 hour wash and return, daily service and across all categories (rooms, spa, F&B). If needed, we can also provide emergency services should the need arise. We have been active in the Greater New York metro area for many years (and indeed, service the Marriott Marquis Times Square) and are excited to service hotels in Austin, San Antonio, and Houston. Cooperative Laundry is the most automated Laundry in the country and the only local “Avendra Approved” facility serving this market.
